  • Ensure that the branch operates in accordance with all current applicable legislation, rules and regulations
  • Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are provided
  • Ensure that the branch operates in accordance with Company Polies and Procedures, and Internal
Control Procedures

  • Ensure that the company operates according to the highest possible standards, in keeping with its objective to become the market leader in South Africa
  • Responsible for ensuring that electronic bingo equipment is serviced, maintained and operational at all times, the complaints book is maintained and checking of payouts
  • Ensure an understanding of the opening and closing procedures of the Branch
  • Secure the premises prior to commencement of the clearance procedure and carry out clearance in line with Internal Control Procedures
  • Ensure the compliance with FICA _(Financial Intelligence Centre Act)_ Internal Rules
  • Ensure compliance with the OHSA _(Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993)_
  • Ensure a thorough knowledge on company security and surveillance systems and have an overall responsibility for the security of the premises
  • Review daily reconciliations and reporting
  • Deal with customers in a professional manner and ensure that all customer complaints are noted and actioned
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts as required
  • Ensure management presence on the floor and manage staff in a professional manner by conducting regular meetings
  • Ensure that company property and assets are well maintained including cleanliness and hygiene
  • Complete and fill all required checklists and meet attendance requirements
