We believe that our teachers and school leaders are the greatest levers for change in the education system.We recently became an accredited higher education institution in South Africa and launched a game-changing mobile app that offers self-paced, bite-sized modules to help teachers in their professional development journey.
More than 50,000 teachers in South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria have already enrolled in our professional development modules and joined a pan-African community of peers and experts who provide support and feedback along the way.
We are hiring
an Admissions Associate to support applicants to our qualifications programmes through the Admissions process and into our institution.

What does the role entail?
As an Admissions Associate, you are one of the most important people in the organisation. Your engagements with applicants will determine our student numbers, and ensure that we meet our ambitious targets.
More specifically you will;
- Collect and evaluate admissionsrelated documentation, such as transcripts and letters of recommendation from applicants
- Organise admissions events for prospective students
- Maintain and update admissions records and databases
- Collect and analyze data with the Admissions Manager to refine our admissions process
- Work with our Admissions Manager and marketing team to shape our marketing strategy and hit ambitious recruitment targets
- Support the bursary committee's activities to ensure consistent and equitable disbursement of our bursary funds
- Contribute to a vibrant student life experience at our campus
Selection Criteria:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in an administrative or communications role is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of educational systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ethical conduct
- Commitment to providing a positive and engaging student life experience
