Overview:


VACANCY | TRADING PLATFORM SUPPORT SPECIALIST | WATERFALL, JOHANNESBURG | PERMANENT

Responsibilities:


  • Key focus is to support PSG's adviser offices on the Securities platforms namely, Iress trading platform; PWM; PSG Online and myPractice
  • Actively involved in rolling out new target operating model initiatives on myPractice and PSG Online
  • Timely Change Advisory Board submissions
  • Actively involved in drafting test packs and assisting with testing of TOM and Iress version releases
  • Stakeholder engagement with platform providers
  • Assist with bulk remodelling for Multi Management Portfolios
  • Setting up advisers on trading and portfolio management platforms
  • Provide Client Services with PSG Online training
  • Compile training material and identify training gaps
  • Promote portfolio modelling
  • Promote PSG Wealth house view portfolios
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to trouble shoot problems and suggest scalable solutions

Minimum requirements:


  • A Bachelor ́s Degree or NQF Level 6 Qualification highly preferable
  • A minimum 5 years experience within the trading environment.
  • In depth knowledge of all Securities related products
  • Understanding of portfolio management and modelling
  • Passed relevant trading exams (Advantageous)
  • Passed experience on IRESS products (Advantageous)
