About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our store stock, assets, and customer service levels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Stockroom and Administration

Process sales and returns according to policy and procedure.
Ensure accurate receiving, grading, and labelling of all stock.
Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
Implement cost-saving measures and minimize expenses.
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.

Receiving and Dispatching Orders

Ensure receiving and dispatching policy and procedures are followed and enforced.

Admin & Dispute of Orders Liaison with Suppliers

Resolve order discrepancies within 24 hours.
Communicate clearly with suppliers and internal teams.

Labelling and Merchandising of Stock & Housekeeping

Label products accurately and store them correctly.
Maintain attractive merchandising displays.
Keep back areas tidy and well-organized.

Store & Website Sales Orders Fulfillment

Process sales orders and returns efficiently.
Complete 3rd-party documentation accurately and on time.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Assume duty manager responsibilities in the absence of the manager.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
Identify and escalate any issues that impact customer service.

Requirements:

Educational Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 certificate.

Work Experience:

2-3 years' experience in a store supervisory role within IT retail.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Enterprise Inventory systems.
