TEAM LEADER-OPERATIONSUSA EXPERIENCE
We are looking for an external Team Leader to join our USA Team. This individual should have a good understanding of the campaign and standard operating processes. The ability to do 'Talk offs.
Drive Quality Assurance and US Compliance requirements by listening to calls and continuous improvement to ensure all opportunities to drive people, process, and policy improvement opportunities.
Drive KPI'sREQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Team management experience gained in an outbound contact centre.
- Leading high performing teams in excess of 10 people
- Experience of driving improvements to Quality and Customer Satisfaction ratings Stakeholder management experience
LEADERSHIP PROFILE:
High energy levels and motivated by exceeding targets. Willfully understand contact centre technologies. Being able to interpret data to identify trends and actionable opportunities and proactively act on them.
Passionate about people development and able to build and support an effective high-performance team culture where everyone has a voice.
Ability to lead under pressure and reprioritize when conflicting situations ariseAbility to commute/relocate:
- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
