    The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in managing store operations, including overseeing staff activities, providing training, and ensuring employees follow company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Staff Management: Oversee staff activities, provide training, and ensure employees follow company policies.
    • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during busy and slow periods.
    • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
    • Customer Service: Handle complex customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and manage stocktake processes.
    • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that products are displayed according to company standards to maximize sales.
    • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
    • Cash Handling: Oversee cash transactions, manage cash registers, and ensure accuracy in financial operations.
    • Opening and Closing Procedures: Responsible for opening and closing the store, including securing premises and handling alarm systems.
