    Job Title: Graphic Designer

    We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our Executive Director in creating visual communications for the business. The ideal candidate should possess a natural creative flair and visual ability that can inspire, inform, and problem-solve.

    Responsibilities:

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director in designing all visual communication materials.
    • They will design and layout branded and visual communication materials, collaborating with our team to maximize creative excellence.
    • The Graphic Designer will create presentation materials across both digital and print platforms, working within the constraints and guidelines of our branding visual identity.
    • Project management skills are essential, prioritizing and managing work coming in from multiple business units, ensuring timely completion of projects.
    • The ideal candidate will work proactively under their own initiative and in collaboration with our team.

    Requirements:

    • The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of design experience, preferably in a design agency.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is required.
    • Knowledge in UI/UX Design is highly desirable.
    • The ideal candidate should be open to new experiences and willing to learn.
    • Photography and videography skills are a plus but not required.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of projects are essential.
    • Core design skills in layout, typography, and visual communication are required.
    • Able to work across both digital and print platforms.
    • Ability to work at speed and multi-task with complex briefs.
    • Polished and professional appearance is essential.
    • Good communication skills and excellent command of English are required (written and spoken).
