Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operate Communication System
  • Relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls
  • Diary Management and Boardroom Management
  • Handling Queries via phone with clients
  • Supply basic information to client queries
  • Take ownership of front desk regarding neatness
  • Managing office supplies such as stationery
  • General Administration and Filing
  • Maintaining office services as required
  • Assisting the HR team with General Administration
  • Welcoming and assisting Clients and Visitors

Essential(Must have):

  • Effective communication and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good Organisational skills
  • Exceptional multitasker
  • Taking instructions and performing them accurately
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Grade 12 or any other secretarial diploma and courses
  • 2 Years previous experience

Salary:
R9 000,00 per month
