    Sales Manager Position

    Seeking a seasoned Sales professional to drive business development and lead a sales team for a heavy engineering company in the Global Mineral Processing sector.

    This individual will be responsible for understanding customer needs, building strategies, and closing deals effectively. They must be willing to travel internationally and thrive on face-to-face interactions.

    The successful candidate will join an international team with operations in JHB and Mauritius, serving clients across the globe.

    The role requires a strong technical understanding of grinding mills and large mineral processing equipment, as well as excellent business development skills.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Main Objectives:

    • To lead a team of salespeople to consistently achieve annual targets.
    • To develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet customer needs.

    Key Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Extractive Metallurgy.
    • Relevant sales qualifications or experience in selling large mineral processing equipment.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical Sales.
    • Extensive experience in the grinding mill or large mineral processing equipment industry.
    • Strong background in business development and team leadership.

    Package & Remuneration

    Compensation Package:

    • Negotiable salary based on experience.
    • Ongoing flights back to your home country to visit family twice a year.
