    Job Description:

    An exciting opportunity is available at an award-winning global company seeking experienced Accounts Payable Supervisors or Team Leaders who have a background in shared services environments.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and oversee the daily tasks of creditors clerks, ensuring seamless transaction processing according to established policies and procedures.
    2. Conduct first-level reviews and approvals for payment runs, guaranteeing timely and accurate disbursements.
    3. Process urgent payment approvals as necessary.
    4. Respond promptly to supplier and business inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
    5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of tax compliance regulations related to accounts payable processes.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must possess a Finance Degree or Diploma and have experience working in shared services environments.
