Compliance Training Management Analyst position will work with our Learning Management System in executing our annual Enterprise Compliance training and actively run the day-to-day operations.


The Team's Focus


The Enterprise Compliance Program Management team is responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of global programs, policies and procedures that provide support to TransUnion's Compliance initiatives.

How You'll Contribute

  • Execute the Compliance Training Program's growing annual training distribution schedule. Utilizing TransUnion's Learning Management System (LMS) Cornerstone, you will test training modules for functionality, load training modules into Cornerstone's test and production environments, assign audiences, distribute training, confirm success of distribution, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor the team's mailbox, routing questions appropriately and providing responses where possible. Mailbox monitoring will primarily involve troubleshooting training and LMS related questions that come through our Corporate Compliance Mailbox.
  • Organize key documents used for customer audits and regulatory requests. Provide key documents upon request.
  • Assist in preparing summaries, reports and metrics for management, auditors, regulators, and executive leadership.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed procedural documentation and training materials in support of program continuity and growth.
  • Assist in the development of the annual Compliance training calendar and review new hire training curriculum annually to meet training objectives.
  • Bring your knowledge of relevant regulations and expertise in compliance processes to assist TransUnion with its legal and business obligations.
  • Serve as a technical and tactical resource to CPM team on a variety of programs, projects, systems, and processes.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in compliance or other risk management discipline, such as audit, examination, fraud examination, quality control, quality assurance, credit risk, information security, data analysis, risk analysis, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience assigning training and doing reporting within a Learning Management System a plus. Cornerstone preferred.
  • Experience in data analytics programs such as Tableau and Power BI a plus.
  • Basic administrator skills, including but not limited to running reports, troubleshooting, organizing, and manipulating data in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform data entry, both manual and via data import tools.
  • Ability to perform work of a very detailed nature requiring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Flexibility to accept rapid change while remaining focused, organized, and proactive.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
  • Selfstarter, with strong collaboration skills and proven ability to deliver projects to their closure.
  • Prior experience working with a global team is a plus.
  • Detailoriented, able to review and analyze information and processes in short order.
  • Teambased culture and mindset that values strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, curiosity, and adaptability in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
