    • Deliver exceptional customer service according to a predetermined schedule, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in line with company requirements, utilizing this data to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Produce regular sales reports and provide actionable feedback to the Area Sales Manager, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
    • Expand territory through strategic networking, targeted cold calls, and client referrals, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
    • Cultivate a culture of timely payment collections and effective credit control, ensuring seamless financial operations and minimizing risk.

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrated sales expertise with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, coupled with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
    • Exceptional key account management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
    • Knowledge of the metal industry is advantageous, but not essential, as we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with transferable skills.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory, with Afrikaans proficiency being an added advantage in our multilingual environment.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Matric or equivalent qualification.
    • A valid and legal driver's license with no endorsements.
    • South African citizenship, clear credit history, and no criminal record.

    Estimated Salary:

    R120,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
