Minimum Requirements:
- 6 years at Artisan Level
- 5 years as QC inspector
- 2 years Safety Officer
- 5 years as SHEQ Manager
- Experience in implementation of ISO & ISO 4500
- Experience in the implementation of EN 383
- Minimum 10 years experience as a quality manager in a midsize business
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to coach team members inhouse and infield
- Indepth understanding of managing and motivating a team
- Excellent understanding of production processes
- Excellent understanding of key measurements and metrics which drive OTIFAS
- Ability to analyze production and make improvements
- Very good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Browser) and STRUMIS
- Knowledge Codes and Standards
- SANS 2001;CS 201
- AWS D1.1;201
- ASME IX
- EN ISO 15624, EN ISO 9606
- ISO 9001: 2015
- ISO 4500
- Grade 1
- Boilermaker Trade test Certificate
- Level 2 Welding inspectors (SAIW)
- MT & PT level
- Galvanizing Inspectors level
- RT interpretation (SAIW)
- ASME / NBIC Codes of construction (SAIW)
- NACE Level
- Lead Auditors course (ISO 9001; 2015 & ISO 45001)
- Training in SHE
