Organisational Development Specialist
- Professional Officer Leadership Developm
Requirements:
- A minimum of a B Degree with a focus in social sciences, preferably
- Up to 5 years' relevant experience in leadership
Key Performance Areas
- Supporting the implementation of the City's leadership
- Using a range of assessment tools to accurately diagnose and
- Researching appropriate development, enablement and
capabilities.
- Supports the Senior OD Consultant in the identification and
levels of leadership based on intervention feedback and assessment
tools.
- Providing professional consultation and insights into the
facilitate collaborative team and leadership behaviours and
effective service delivery.
- Collaborating across Organisational Development and other key
succession planning and developing appropriate interventions
designed to address leadership development needs.
- Drawing and presenting statistical information pertaining to
aimed at improving productivity and developing high performing,
collaborative leadership and teams at all levels of the City.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to assist in the identification
interventions to address these needs and monitoring and evaluating
the success of these interventions.
