    Project & Contracts Manager Job

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Projects & Contracts Manager to lead and manage environmental projects from initiation to completion.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage landscaping environmental projects ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives and success criteria.
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets allocating resources and identifying potential risks.
    • Understand cost control and budget management exercising control from project commencement to completion.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements maintaining documentation and records.
    • Implement best practices and quality assurance procedures to optimize project efficiency and safety.
    • Foster teamwork and collaboration providing leadership and support to site managers.
    • Coordinate field operations including site assessments and monitoring activities in compliance with construction regulations.
    • Oversee subcontractors and vendors negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
    • Track project progress analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture Sciences or related field.
    • 7-10 years relevant experience in landscape project & contracts management.
    • Background in irrigation design and construction is essential.
    • Proven experience working on large scale and fast-paced projects.
    • Working knowledge of CAD and GIS would be advantageous.
    • Ability to work with multi-disciplined professional teams and specialists.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of projects & contracts management sub-contractor management OHSE cost control and quote formulation.
    • Strong project management skills including ability to develop project plans and lead teams to achieve goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft software and tools such as Microsoft Planner Excel and Word.
    • A valid driver's license.
