Description

As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for making us a data-driven company, including building data dashboards, analyzing data & finding "needle-in-haystack" insights.

Top-notch Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must.

You will also be the main technical point of contact for our exchange partners and work with them to automate our verification process with exchanges.

Investigating any issues and streamlining the verification process will be part of your role.

Developing a data-driven approach to community-building is also part of your role. A thriving community can become a clever way to scale support for our students during their 3-week program.

We want our students to have the best possible experience, and we believe data will help us monitor our progress across cohorts and within our alumni base.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Crypto School towards becoming a datadriven company
Analyze data, uncover insights & build data dashboards
Be the main technical point of contact for our exchange partners and work to automate our verification process
Investigate and streamline the verification process to reduce potential points of failure

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a startup environment or a fastpaced industry
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify key insights and trends from complex data sets
Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally with product, marketing, community and student support teams

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science)
Experience working with APIs and SQL databases
Understanding of web analytics tools beyond Google Analytics (e.g. Mixpanel) and tracking implementation best practices
A passion for crypto and a desire to help us achieve our mission of taking crypto mainstream through education
