Overall Purpose of the Role:


  • As a datadriven organization, we are seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist to support the Customer Service team. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment, are excited about leveraging data to optimize customer interactions, and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement, we want you on this team.

Experience and Skills Required:


  • At least 4+ years of experience in analytical and data driven environments.
  • Strong handson knowledge of automation / data mining / predictive modelling. tools such as Python, SQL, R, SAS, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving results and coordinating activities to solve problems across multifunctional/diverse teams; and leading with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Sound judgement in addressing commercial challenges.
  • Strong analytical and data skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills.

Qualification/s Required:


  • Masters or Bachelors degree in any field with advanced quantitative focus or with high distinction in modelling oriented discipline including but not limited to: Psychometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Extract actionable insights from customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Customer Support, Product Development, and Marketing, to ensure datadriven decisionmaking throughout the organization.
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of automation solutions that meet business objectives
  • Develop predictive models to anticipate customer needs and behavior, aiming to optimize response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the customer service domain, proposing datadriven solutions and leading the implementation of these initiatives.
  • Track and Monitor all initiatives and campaigns to ensure they are performing optimally and there is clear visibility on all the KPI's.
  • Engage with numerous teams across the organization to ensure they are empowered by having processes automated through AI and ML robotics.
  • Live your passion for data. Pull your own data, structuring it, cleaning it, understanding the human and financial behaviours it represents.
  • Use research and insight to drive cultural change within the organisation and ensure stakeholders put consumers at the heart of their planning and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and services
  • Interpret and analyse data from multiple sources, providing key analytics.
  • Proactively provide actionable recommendations based on analysis results across various stakeholders and teams.
  • Thinks strategically and communicates creatively to inform and drive the decision making of stakeholders.
