Description

Scribante Concrete seeks a qualified Auto Electrician from Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha to be based at our Umtata site.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems on trucks and heavy-duty equipment, particularly within the construction industry.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified / trade-tested Automotive Electrician
• Physically fit
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on trucks and heavy-duty equipment.
• Familiarity with vehicles and machinery from the construction industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in trucks and heavy duty machinery
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems as they relate to electrical components.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work overtime or respond to breakdowns when necessary.
