  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of tax services, including the preparation and review
  • Advise clients on complex tax issues, transactions, and structuring
  • Develop and maintain market presence as well as strong relationships with clients and targets
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide hightouch personalised service, working with taxpayers, professional trustees and company executives
  • Build and manage relationships with clients
  • Build and manage teams of tax professionals focused on delivering high quality personalised services
  • Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and project budgets
  • Team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the tax practice
  • Train, manage, mentor and develop tax staff.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Three years (Assistant Manager) and four years
  • Master's degree in accounting or Taxation is preferred
  • MS Excel and tax return preparation and research software
  • Experience mentoring and counseling staff
