RCL FOODS is seeking a seasoned
HR Business Partner to join our Bread, Buns and Rolls team in
Inland (Pretoria West, Rustenburg and Benoni) as We Grow What Matters. Reporting directly to the HR Executive, this role will serve as a vital link, supporting the BBR Leadership team on site.

Our Talent Acquisition team is actively seeking a dynamic HR professional who can make a substantial impact.

The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, a track record of spearheading HR transformation initiatives, and a solid grasp of industrial relations.

The primary objective of this role is to drive the implementation of our HR strategy, ensuring that HR practices are fully aligned with the overarching business objectives within the BBR division.

Leveraging the talent development processes and tools provided by the Organizational Efficiency Team, you will cultivate a diverse talent pipeline to meet the company's immediate needs.

Furthermore, you will serve as a beacon of HR insight, offering guidance on all people-related matters including employee and industrial relations.

As a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate closely with management and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, capability-building, and organizational effectiveness.
