CALL CENTRE TELEMARKETING

While our rescue crews and lifeguards are out saving lives, we have a team raising funds to support their efforts.

The purpose of this role is to generate donations and build relationships with donors at venues, in person, for the NSRI.


Here's what you can expect to be doing:

  • Approach donors and potential donors face-to-face at various venues.
  • Use the script and NSRI information provided, to pitch and secure donations.
  • Persuade potential donors to participate in the NSRI's competitions or support the NSRI in other ways.
  • Followup on donor pledges for support.
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the NSRI's reputation.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor information.
  • Meet performance targets.
  • Position and uphold the NSRI brand and reputation.

A little about who you are:

  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Persistent, with sales and results orientation.
  • Patient and able to handle rejection.
  • Excellent time management
  • Have your own reliable car (essential)
  • Must be able to travel regularly

What we offer:

Basic salary of R commission

Medical aid, pension, Group Life and Funeral cover

Working hours are 5 hours a day, Monday-Saturday

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From R10,585.00 per month
