Tenderer - Civil Construction Industry

Requirements:

Solid knowledge and experience in terms of civil works, infrastructure development as well as big pipeline projects.

Expert knowledge of MS Projects and tender software such as CCS or similar.

Must show attention to detail, be able to work independently and in a pressurised environment.

Effective management skills in terms of planning, administration, costing and productivity.

Must have very good negotiation abilities and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Own transport and a valid drivers' license.

Must be able to communicate in Afrikaans and English.

Be willing to work away from home from time to time.

5 years' tendering experience.

3 years' experience of work on-site in a civil engineering environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Wellington,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- tendering: 5 years (required)

- on-site in a civil engineering environment: 3 years (required)
