- Analyze demand patterns and develop accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as customer demand and inventory levels.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Regularly review and adjust forecast models based on market trends and new product introductions.
- Conduct root cause analysis on forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Proven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices.
