REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field beneficial.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Administration Experience Preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and uptodate.
- Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
- Support HR department
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Assist with HR administration.
- Making sure that employees follow all policies and procedures.
