    Job Description

    We seek a highly organized and customer-focused Rooms Division Manager to lead our team in Mysuru, India.

    You will oversee all aspects of the rooms division, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.

    • Lead and manage Front Office sections, including reception, concierge, and housekeeping departments.
    • Develop strategies to maintain and improve overall service standards.
    • Create a performance-driven culture that meets business objectives.
    • Oversee quality control of product and service delivery within the rooms division.
    • Analyze department performance metrics and implement improvements.
    • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the rooms division.
    • Train, mentor, and develop staff to maintain high customer service standards.
    • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Front Office Manager in international premium and luxury brand hotels.
    • Strong people leadership skills and ability to manage a multi-skilled team.
    • Proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS), with cloud-based Opera experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant hotel management software.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
