    Our client is in the FMCG industry is looking for an outgoing, fresh and enthusiastic sales, trade and marketing manager. It's a 24-month contract.

    • Tertiary qualification in a business management related field
    • Driver's License valid for more than 12 months is required (Code 10 is advantageous)
    • Minimum 3years experience in FMCG sales or On Con
    • Experience in consumer engagement, brand experience or event planning is advantageous.
    • strong English language proficiency is required.
    • Regularly network within Event environment to maintain an understanding of opportunities and prospects aligned to brand strategies and Omni channel focus areas.
    • Drive brand acceleration and growth by ensuring relevant brand staging as required per campaign, brand, and communication cycle.
    • Negotiate and maintain a base of LAMP venues within area to achieve marketing KPIs as set out Visibility, engagement, equity.
    • Track and report on key compliance and campaign results using provided systems and tools, aligned to set objectives to measure impact.
    • Brand awareness and Equity
    • Venue critical compliance criteria including product handling, brand visibility and staging, brand.
    • Activations, venue staff product knowledge.
    • Channel critical performance criteria including Direct Consumer Contacts (engagement)
    • Guided Trials, Passive Leads generated, and maintenance of a healthy sales conversion.
