    You'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while working as a Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative on site in Cape Town, South Africa.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers with ownership and empathy.
    2. Answer incoming communications from customers on diagnostic imaging, life care solutions, surgical or biomedical services.
    3. Conduct research to provide answers for customers and resolve their issues.

    Requirements

    1. 2 or more years of customer service experience plus some post-secondary education.
    2. Decision making skills by assessing situations, researching solutions, and making recommendations.
    3. A solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customers.
    4. Leadership skills to contribute to team success.
    5. Computer experience.
