    Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

    Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and customer relationship management in the Dispensing and Commercial Catering Equipment industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and growing purchasing agreements.
    • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring seamless installation and maintenance of dispensing and catering equipment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Representative, preferably in the Catering, Dispensing, or Refrigeration industry.
    • Proven track record of success in customer relationship management, sales, and technical environments.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent knowledge of Pastel/Sage or other ERP systems for quoting and invoicing.
    • A valid driver's license and own vehicle (non-negotiable).
    • Reside close to Edenvale/Kempton Park/Alexandra region (preferred) or surrounding areas.
    • Matric certificate and South African citizenship.
    • No criminal record.
