    Description

    Sales Consultant Opportunity

    Well-established company in Bedfordview seeks highly skilled sales professionals to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate a minimum of 5 sales per day, with a target of 100 confirmed sales within a month.
    • Pursue qualified leads provided by lead generators and online advertising.
    • Sell value-added services for vehicles and movable assets.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a call centre environment.
    • Proven track record of success.
    • Matric pass or higher qualification (Diploma advantageous).
    • Tertiary education in marketing an advantage.
    • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
    • Good communication and computer literacy skills.

    Training and Development

    • One week of certified training provided for successful candidates.
    • Candidates must attend and complete the full week's training.
    • On completion, candidates will receive a certificate of attendance and completion.

    Earnings and Incentives

    Basic salary dependent on experience and closing ability established during training. Commission based on number of sales completed, with an average earning of approximately R15,000 per month excluding basic.
