    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property and Facilities Lead to join our team at Persona Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the Property and Facilities Coordinator and ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and efficient use of resources.

    Your primary focus will be on maintaining properties in a safe and compliant manner, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any hazards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules, tracking work orders, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
