The purpose of this position would be for the overall filing archiving of CHAMP specific documents and confidential client records The position is based in Mbombela/Witbank/Ermelo CHAMP offices—working +/- 5 in a district-based cluster—and report to the Data Quality Asst.
Job Requirements
Key Performance Areas:
Administration
- Receiving, counting and sorting field forms
- Using guidelines to sort files by families and divide by beneficiary
- Inserting files into family folders and assigning household IDs using stickers
- Capture the household IDs and verify them
- File in the registry by subdistrict and district
- Retrieve and update files as need.
- Provide assistance in preparing field packages of data tools
- Any other duties assigned by the management team

Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- 12 year Admin or Data Capturer experience
