Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in operating a Warehouse Management System and proficient in computer literacy.

Key Performance Areas

Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, dispatch, and quality control of goods consumables.
Manage and supervise warehouse personnel.
Ensure housekeeping, tidiness, and order.
Manage full procurement function.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, procure new products, access market trends, ensure and manage timely ordering, lead time, pricing, stock levels using a stock replenishment ordering system.
Review, supervise picking and packing per delivery notes and sales orders, including physical moving of goods.
Take ownership of final verification and sign-off of all received and dispatched goods
Manage vehicle and forklift inspections and provide accurate and timeous communication of any damages or maintenance requirements.
Manage and participate in standby schedules, including weekends.
Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and stock checks.
Manage obsolete stock and returns hereof to suppliers.
