Job Title: Outbound Call Centre Agent

Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as outbound call centre agents based in Umhlanga.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 6 months recent experience within an outbound call center, specifically motor vehicle insurance (comprehensive cover) within the last two years.

This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy interacting with customers and possess excellent communication skills.

Please note that any applications without specific selling experience will not be considered.

All applicants must have a matric certificate.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through outgoing calls
Become knowledgeable about motor vehicle insurance products
Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets

Requirements

Recent experience in outbound call centers
Proven sales skills and experience in motor vehicle insurance
Degree or equivalent qualification

Salary Estimate

R80,000 - R120,000 per annum
