Junior Digital Marketer (Remote)


Location:

Work from home; required to meet once or twice a week at our head office in the Tygervalley area.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels to boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive conversions.
  • Support social media efforts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement across platforms.
  • Learn and contribute to the optimization of our Shopify website, focusing on user experience enhancements and conversion rate optimization.
  • Aid in the management and update of orders on ecommerce platforms like Takealot, ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the purchasing process.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm creative marketing ideas and initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Requirements:


  • A passion for digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • A degree or relevant coursework in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, including social media platforms and website analytics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling and creativity.
  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
