    Job Description:

    The role is part of our Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services practice, which provides strategic sourcing of Internal Audit; Enterprise Risk Management; Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Compliance and Sustainability services.

    This opportunity focuses on Internal Audit solutions for clients across various industries, with a goal to provide value-added Internal Audit services and enhance the image of KPMG in the marketplace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Familiarity with internal audit, risk management, combined assurance and regulatory technical principles.
    • Understanding of internal audit methodologies aligned with the internal audit standards.
    • Ability to document and analyze business processes, risks, controls, and process improvements.
    • Preparation of high-quality internal audit workpapers within agreed project budgets and deadlines.
    • Basic knowledge of sound and structured report writing skills.
    • Good time management, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Assistance with client delivery, project administration, and other activities under the direction of the Management team.

    Required Skills and Attributes:

    • A keen interest in Internal Audit, backed by relevant tertiary education or qualification.
    • A high-performing team player who can work independently, adapt to changing environments, and identify problems to recommend solutions.

    This is a graduate training contract spanning three years, offering the opportunity to support a diverse team with Internal Audit delivery for a wide range of clients.
