    We are seeking an experienced Store Administration Manager to join our team at TransEra Solutions.

    Job Description

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative function in stores, ensuring correct processes are in place to minimize risk and increase profitability. This includes:

    • Managing payroll to optimize productivity and control wage costs
    • Managing general HR administration to ensure data integrity and accurate record retention
    • Managing cash activities to ensure a controlled cash handling environment
    • Managing financial (expense) and general administration for reconciliation and retention purposes
    • Ensuring maintenance of all Systems, Methods, and Procedures (SMPs)
    • Reviewing the actioning of key financial controls and admin processes in commercial areas to prevent losses
    • Continuously improving efficiency of systems / procedures / controls across all store areas to affect profitability
    • Providing commercial management during peak periods, late trading, and weekends

    The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience as a Store Admin Department Manager in Retail, with a strong understanding of commercial acumen, numeracy, trend analysis, and forecasting.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

    • A minimum of Grade 12 or NQF3 completed
    • A Financial and or Retail Management Diploma would be highly advantageous
    • Team management experience would be advantageous
    • Leadership and management experience would be advantages
    • Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements

    Salary and Benefits

    The salary for this role is estimated to be around R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits may include medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and performance bonuses.
