Agricultural Management Position Available

We are seeking a highly experienced agricultural professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management and organizational skills, as well as a strong background in crop farming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage farm operations and resources effectively
• Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient use of time and resources
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Supervise and motivate a team of farm workers
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals

Requirements:

• Agricultural Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
• At least 5 years of experience in farm and/or production management
• Minimum 5 years of relevant crop farming experience
• Previous potato farming experience
• Exceptional management and organizational skills
• Computer literacy
• Basic knowledge of farm machinery operation and maintenance
• Strong task instruction and delegation skills
• Excellent decision-making, prioritization, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
