    **Job Summary**

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Finance Strategist to join our team at ResourceGenix. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to drive strategic financial planning, management, and analysis across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the corporate group, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting, debtor and creditor management, and payment approval processes to ensure efficient liquidity management and minimize financial risks.
    • Statutory Compliance: Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements, including VAT, PAYE, Customs, and Income Tax returns, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Governance and Risk Management: Design and implement effective financial systems, processes, and controls to mitigate risks, ensure transparency, and promote good governance practices.

    Requirements:

    • CA(SA) registration or CIMA certification
    • At least 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a large company with annual revenue exceeding R 2 billion
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, group consolidations, and accounting policies
    • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

    What We Offer:

    A competitive salary range of R 800,000 - R 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and performance-based bonuses.
