    Description

As a Customer Service Representative – English – Automotive, working on-site in Cape Town, South Africa, you'll be part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while experiencing TTEC's company culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Resolve customer issues before escalating to the next level
    • Provide answers to customers quickly, consult on products with compassion, or resolve issues with a smile
    • Upsell products or services to existing customers as required

    Requirements:

    • 6 months or more of work experience
    • B1+ level of English in both written and verbal communications
    • Product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it
    • Computer savvy with the ability to manage multiple screens
    • High school diploma or equivalent
