- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most convenient route
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions as needed
- Load and unload cargo when needed
- Deliver goods to the customer
- Report road accident
- Inspection of the truck before trip and after trip
- Report any defects
- Follow all traffic laws
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Comply with truck rules and regulations
- Matric Certificate or higher
- Code 14 License with valid PDP
- Experience driving extra heavy trucks
- Read and Write in English
- Team Player
- Physically fit
- Confident and proactive approach anticipates issues and requirements
