We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Lead to join our client's team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and services. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will play a key role in driving innovation and technical excellence.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Matric
Minimum of 5 years' experience on Equipment (Brickmaking equipment advantage)
BSc/BEng Degree in Hydraulics or Mechanical Engineering.
Able to work under pressure
810yrs working experience
Valid Driver's license and own vehicle
Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be a team player
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive
Performance driven

Key Result Areas

Design and develop mechanical components and systems for new and existing products.
Develop and maintain detailed technical drawings, plans and specifications for mechanical components and systems.
Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and other analysis to support design decisions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for mechanical components and systems.
Collaborate with other departments, specifically Sales and Marketing to ensure designs meet customer requirements and are costeffective.
Provide technical guidance to clients, suppliers and manufactures.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical engineering issues in a timely manner.
