We're seeking a talented Manager to join the ServiceNow team who is an encouraging team player, passionate about the ServiceNow Platform, and has a knack for producing excellent experiences while delivering highly supportable solutions

Your key responsibilities


Here, you'll handle a wide portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths, so no two days will be the same.

That could mean working to improve our customers' Risk, Cyber, HR, Customer Service, Facilities, Legal, IT or other capabilities through ServiceNow.

Wherever you find yourself, you'll be making a visible impact on projects that cross boundaries and challenge conventional wisdom to encourage transformation.

You'll often work on-site, facilitating interesting conversations and presenting to executives of large companies, so you'll need to personally understand and influence our clients.

This also means that you'll need to be ready for regular travel.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Working as part of a team to define scope and provide technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work
  • Acting as a technical leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project delivery and solution implementation
  • Demonstrating product and technical knowledge on ServiceNow engagements
  • Developing clientspecific solutions and integration components
  • Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams to set up the SaaS Platform
  • Leading and developing the ServiceNow practice accelerators, documentation, collateral and actively involved in cross training and upskilling the team
  • Working with a team of technical and functional analysts to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • More than 4 years of ServiceNow technical experience
  • Consulting Experience
  • Track record of responding to client needs with compelling proposals, delivering business value in a marketcompetitive manner
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others
  • A customerfocused approach to work, and the ability to translate oftencomplex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
  • The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
  • A flair for identifying, assessing, and recommending opportunities to grow our client base
  • The ability to selfmanage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team.

Ideally, you'll also have:


  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, Micro certifications, etc.)
