Requirements:
- Matric
- Operations
- Accounts
- Exposure within the freight forwarding/shipping industry would be beneficial
- All shipping lines rate and booking systems
- Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint /Outlook /Word
Responsibilities:
- debtors back up for Tabeth
- Assisting with profit and loss and capturing on Liner Suite (our system)
- Assisting with admin work. i.e stationery, dog grooming etc.
- Ensure all filing is up to date.
- Assisting with reports where needed.
- Reconciling and forecasts where needed
- Submission of month Creditors Age Analysis to management
- Excellent with MS Applications especially excel.
- Be able to take accounts meeting minutes.
- Present at Financial Meetings with Management
- Have flexible working hours and be available to work on weekends should there be need.
- Work with Zipi especially debtors as well.
- Creditors full scope
- Meet deadlines
Salary:
R10, R20,000.00 per month
