General Manager - BPO Operations


Are you an experienced and dynamic leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector? We are currently seeking a highly qualified General Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new heights.

Responsibilities:


Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee and manage endtoend BPO operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of managers and professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop highperforming teams.

Client Relations:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Proactively address client concerns and drive customer satisfaction.

4.


Innovation and Growth:

  • Drive innovation within the organization, identifying and implementing new strategies.
  • Explore opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

1.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role within the BPO sector.
  • Proven track record of overseeing operations with a workforce of at least 200 employees.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Skills:


  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

4.


Availability:

  • Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate the operational requirements.

Job Types:

Salary:
R580 000,00 - R720 000,00 per month
