    This innovative company has received over $30 million in funding from leading venture capital firms and is passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers and leading the blockchain revolution.

    They are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their marketing team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design engaging social media graphics that align with the brand identity and effectively communicate the message

    • Create visually appealing and informative eBooks and presentations to showcase products and services

    • Develop eye-catching online advertisements, focusing on LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and generate leads

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve visual content

    • Handle ad-hoc design requests from various departments, particularly sales and marketing, to support ongoing needs

    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, being readily available to provide design support whenever required by the sales and marketing team

    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet the needs of the requesting teams

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

    • At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B environment

    • Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools

    • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity

    • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment

    • Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

    • Familiarity with blockchain technology and financial services industry is a plus
