    As a key member of the E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD team, we are seeking an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee our landscaping operations and ensure that our properties are always looking their best.

    Responsibilities

    • Leadership and Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of landscaping operations, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Team Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of landscaping staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
    • Sourcing and Procurement: Source and order materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project expenses and report any issues or concerns to the management team.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement landscaping plans and strategies to maintain and enhance the appearance of our properties.
    • Health and Safety: Monitor and maintain the health and safety of all plants and trees on our properties, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
    • Maintenance and Inspection: Ensure that all landscaping equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition, conducting regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with property managers and residents to address any landscaping concerns or requests, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
    • Expense Control: Monitor and control expenses related to landscaping operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscaping, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay competitive.

    Requirements

    • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in landscaping; minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
    • Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of plants, trees, and other landscaping materials; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    We offer a competitive salary of R120,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
