**Workshop Controller Cape Town Position**

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee our workshop operations in Cape Town. Proven experience with Ford, Land Rover, VW, or Audi brands is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workshop schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Manage job card management, time management, and quality control to maintain factory standards.
• Lead and motivate workshop staff effectively to achieve workshop targets and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workshop Controller in a dealership environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to assist and guide technicians.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction.
