We have a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor with 4-5 years' experience to join our team in Cape Gate.


Responsibilities:
(not limited to)

  • Greeting & attending to customers.
  • Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and services.
  • Scheduling and booking appointments.
  • Inform and discuss service outcomes with clients.
  • Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
  • Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pickup times.
  • Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as Service Advisor (Motor Industry), 5 Years'
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
  • Experienced with IAL & Evolve software packaged.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision making, and problemsolving skills.
  • MUST reside in Brackenfell area.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brackenfell,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
