    Description

    Gauteng Permanent position. Must be willing to relocate to Johannesburg North if needed, as you will work from our premises 5 days a week.

    Minimum Requirements:

    1. 4-5 years of experience in an engineering company or similar, preferably as an administrator clerk or secretary.
    2. A matric certificate with good mathematics marks is essential.
    3. Relevant courses or qualifications are highly beneficial.
    4. You must be computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and other software applications.
    5. Good typing skills and experience with data capturing are required.
    6. Maintaining department records on our company database daily is an essential task.
    7. You will be responsible for writing letters to external customers and management when necessary.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Handle telephone calls, switchboard, and reception duties as required.
    2. Perform various clerical functions, including ordering office supplies, handling mail, and scheduling meetings.
    3. Provide administrative support to senior management whenever needed.
    4. Invoicing and follow-ups on deliveries are also part of your responsibilities.
    5. You will assist the HR department as required.
    6. Additional administrative tasks may be discussed during the interview process.

    Please note that we require someone who can start immediately.

    The monthly salary range is R 15,000 - R 20,000 CTC, dependent on relevant experience and skills gained. A discretionary annual performance bonus may also be awarded.

    We have a pension scheme in place, which will be deducted from your salary.
