    • Develop and document comprehensive solutions for complex requirements.

    • Create detailed work breakdowns and estimates to inform sprint planning.
      • ">
    • Maintain accurate system design documents, incorporating updates for architecture tweaks, feature enhancements, processes, and workflows.

    • Complete Security SPDA questionnaires as required.
      • ">
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and PI planning.

    Requirements:

      ">
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
      • ">
    • Expertise in designing and implementing custom solutions for the ServiceNow suite of products.
      • ">
    • Proficiency in Unix commands, shell scripts, and SQL.
      • ">
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow TSO and experience integrating two ServiceNow systems or integrating ServiceNow with a third-party system.
      • ">
    • Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, IT Service Management (ITSM), or IT Asset Management (ITAM).

    Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
